Who We Are

Boost Living was created by Penn-Hope in 2020 in response to population retention efforts in Pittsburgh and the Mid-Atlantic to offer needed affordable, safe homes for rent or sale. Our scope is single-family residential homes.

Who We're Not

We are not flippers or choppers. We do not chop single-family homes into multiple tiny apartments. We do not flip already-affordable houses into unaffordable, sky-high rental properties. We save houses in need of renewal and repair, providing consumers with housing that is comfortable, safe, and affordable. We also do not construct housing developments, LIH/Section-8, or multi-unit dwellings.
